I would give these guys a zero if possible. I had my oil changed at store #745 and they failed to reinstall the splash guard under my Ford Expedition. After spending $75 and 3 hours that I didn't have to waste, I repaired the damage they did. When I spoke with the manager he said I can give you 25% off of your next oil change (probably $30). I will never go to Take5 again. It looks like they need to take 10 minutes in order to get the job done.

It took an hour and 10 minutes to get an oil change from this place. The staff was unapologetic on the long wait times and they didn't seem to know what they were doing. It was ridiculous having to wait this long at a shop that advertises quick service. Prices are also expensive. Two thumbs down on this business.

All I can say is unreal. My wife told me she found a new oil change place that really did a great job. They give you a bottle of water, air freshener, and clean your windshield. While doing the oil change, one of the guys came to the window and told my wife her antifreeze was only 25 degrees and needed to be changed before winter or it could freeze her engine block. Not sure if he realized I was sitting in the passenger seat. I called him out on his claim and told him I just flushed the radiator a month ago and changed the antifreeze. He looked at me with that 'I'm busted' look and said nothing. Then he said, 'Okay, well, it's a little low, so I will top it off.' He put maybe 12oz in the overflow. This was an attempt to scam a customer with ignorant claims that only a woman would fall for, charging an additional $90. In my opinion, this place uses deceptive tactics to lure customers in with free, inexpensive giveaways to scam them. Stay away from this place.

They ruined my car please don't go there. They put oil in my power steering and now after trying to clean it my car has multiple problems

I can't speak to the 1 star reviews but at the 4320 N. Rancho Dr location in Vegas I can't sing their praise enough. WOW! What an experience, this is my new and only oil change location for my two cars. I have a Jeep Cherokee that takes 5.9 qts of oil and all oil change places quote for 5 qts and then ream you on the one extra qt. as much as $20-$30. Take 5 only charged $8.99(synthetic) for the extra quart and still came out cheaper than all the others 5 qt price. Their staff were all polite, friendly, well groomed and efficient. I wish I recorded the process, they are run like a cross between a high end chefs kitchen and an Indy 500 pit crew. Up to five guys(Take 5?) worked like a well oiled(pun intended) machine barking out orders and confirmations in a choreographed operation that left no room for errors. I have never experienced anything like it. Great job Take 5, I'll be back!

This place put me out about $275 in car repairs. About a week after they changed my oil, I heard the sound of metal scraping the road as I was pulling off the highway. I immediately took it to a car repair shop where they removed the mangled remains of my access panel, a part which must be removed to change the oil. Suspicious. The first time I called Take 5 to inform them of the cost to repair it, the response was "That expensive? Isn't it just a little plastic piece?". No, I can assure you it was not 'a little plastic piece'. Given this response, my confidence in Take 5's ability to both order the correct part and install it securely was rather low. I requested they either pay me or the dealership to get it replaced correctly. After stalling on me for about a week, they finally told me the only thing they would do is order a new part and replace it themselves. In fact, they had already purchased a replacement part, and it was on its way. I said no thank you, and they can eat the cost of the part for all I care. Moral of the story: go to Jiffy Lube.

I don't do many reviews - only ones that are really deserved. I have had my service done at Take 5 for many years because of the professionalism, the value, the convenience, and for treatment like I got today. I went in for a free top off, and was told it was time for a full oil change. The technician gave me 25% off since I was not expecting to have to pay today. Now THAT is just one of the reasons I will be a life long Customer!

Take 5 took 4 quarts of Transmission fluid out by accident and did not tell me - drove 10 miles to Subaru and they said missing 4 quarts - car was PERFECT when I went in. CRAP when I came out - they said NOT US. That plug is on the opposite of the car.
