I've been going to take 5 oil change in Harrisonburg VA for about 2 years for all three of my Vehicles I've never had a problem until yesterday. They did something they never do they went through my Vehicle to find a bunch of things that they said where bad such as my tensioner is shot and bouncing around,pulley wheel has a side to side wobble. They didn't even look at my vehicle long enough to officially diagnose these problems. But that's not all they refused to change my oil until I have all of that fixed. I took my vehicle there to have my oil changed not a state inspection you are paid to change my oil and thats it. So I would stay away from take 5 in Harrisonburg VA they have some poor service and I had a terrible experience

NRH oil change overfilled my oil by a quart and a half. Now there is an oil leak and they are not wanting to take responsibility. Started a claim the beginning of March, haven't heard from them since March 13. Time to go legal.

The Ramsey Street Take 5 cannot be trusted with your car. Two weeks ago, I took my 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz for an oil change. During the oil change, the evacuator ( removes the oil) that they installed to remove the oil got stuck in the engine and it could not be dislodged. They attempted to remove the oil pan to get it out, but were unable to figure out how to remove the pan. I left the car overnight so they could get a mechanic to remove the pan. Later the next day, they called me and told me that their "mechanic" ( assistant manager) fixed my car and everything was fine. I picked up the car and immediately noticed a lot of noise under the hood. The next day I found a huge puddle of oil under my car. I called Take 5 and relayed this to them and told them I was taking it to the dealership to check it out. I stopped driving my car and waited for my appt. at Lee Hyundai. They reported that a bolt had been broken off in the oil pan mounting and the oil pan lip had been damaged. The cost to extract the bolt and repair the oil pan was $1119.66. The ownership has refused to reimburse me for the damage they did and I have had to file a court case against them.

A couple of weeks ago, I stopped by my local Take 5 (on Pacific Ave, here in Olympia WA), for my second oil change there ... and had an even better experience than the first time. That was really good btw. This time, Todd your Svc Writer was simply terrific! as was the rest of his team. Thank You for having such a great crew here! Sincerely satisfied, Keith Gregory

Decided to try this place to not get hassled with trying to get me to get other services. I did get my back windshield wiper blade. Left the location satisfied unit a couple of days later when my car was filled with a very strong oil burning smell. Thought it would go away but never did so went back to the location about 2 weeks later to have them check it out and was told "were you told you had a little oil leak" UH!! NO I WAS NOT! Didn't have any oil smell before taking it in. Was only told i could take it to a shop to have the oil leaked fixed. I am not a happy customer and WILL NEVER go back there. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Today was the last time we will EVER take our vehicles here (Benton Arkansas). I bring my own oil and filter to have changed. Last time, they charged me $20. Today they told me it would be $55, not even 7 months since last time. Manager said they have new policies and procedures, he couldn't do nanything about. It also took over an hour to get into the bay. Last time I took my wife's vehicle, I sat for 30 minutes in line. Ended up leaving to another appointment. Today took the cake though. Waited over and hour to be told the price would be more than double what I paid last time, and the attitude was like they didn't care!

They stripped my oil pan. They didn't make any apologies about it I even took it back the next day after it left a big stain on my driveway and what they did was shovel plug that stripped the oil pan back up there. Then when I tried to get them to fix what they had damaged they blew me off. I wouldn't let them change my wiper blades. I'm not going to go find the receipt because I've sold that car since then but it was not that long ago within the last year. I mean went to the manager again and got no reply. Hell the manager was hardly ever there off of Church Street in Murfreesboro by the way. Completely completely ruined me on getting my oil changed anywhere other than the dealership from now on

I had a complaint regarding being charged for 5 quarts of oil but had to pay another price for the 6th quart. Never ea response from the lady that emailed me. Straight reap off
