My "5 minutes" was actually 1.75 hrs!
My "5 minutes" was actually 1.5 hrs!! After waiting in-line for 20 minutes (due to a problem with the truck in front of me), a problem that was self-inflicted by the technicians. The techs did not know that splash guards do not need to be removed to change the oil and filter. Sadly, the truck in front of me was taking so much time because the techs were re-installing the splash guards. When my turn came, I waited and waited with nothing happening. When I inquired what the delay might be, I was informed that they had just managed to remove the splash guards from my truck. I asked why and they (the techs) didn't know AND sadly, John (the manager) didn't know either. After finally getting fresh oil & filter, the wait continued as they re-installed the splash guards. My total oil change time was just under 2 hours. The two technicians admitted that they had been employed less than a week. When I asked John if the techs had been trained, and his reply was "What am I supposed to do, baby sit them?" Extremely poor service, un-knowledge technicians and a manager that didn't care. After 5 yrs of using the same location, I won't be going back!
