I love my letter “E” charm. It came quickly and has earned many compliments. I’m so pleased i went ahead and purchased it for myself as a special gift on my birthday.

That sounds like a great birthday gift. You earned it! Thank you for being a customer.

I fell in love with Tai jewelry because of its dainty and elegant aesthetic. I love the appearance of the earrings I have from them but the quality is so so bad. They turn my piercing holes green or leave a black metal residue behind and tarnished after very little wear. I'm disappointed that, at the price I paid for them, I have to treat them like they're a $5 pair from Claire's. Is the jewelry Anthropologie sells rebranded from TAI a different, lower quality than what is sold on the website?? Honestly so disappointed really wanted to love this brand.

Ordered a ring sadly the ring "gold" polish wore off within the first week of wearing it. :(
