Fast production and delivery on a sold out necklace! I received this necklace from my husband for my birthday. It is more beautiful in person than online, and it was beautiful online. I saw a similar necklace on a Christmas Hallmark movie. I searched the Internet for it. This was the closest I found. The opal center I think makes it more beautiful than the one I saw on TV. It is also special because opal is the birthstone of our baby we lost. ❤️

Necklace is nice but it was all tangled up when I received it. Took awhile to get it untangled. Would prefer that the gold letters were same size as the diamond letters, or vice versa.

Hey Reid, We're very sorry to hear about your experience with the necklace getting tangled. We are changing the way that we ship these delicate chains to avoid that in future and we appreciate you letting us know. As for the charm sizes, we are glad to receive your feedback and will make sure it reaches our design team. We hope that aside from those minor setbacks you love your necklace! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything else at all.

I ordered a “mystery bag” earrings and necklace, and loved both items that I received.
