TAI JewelryReviews of taijewelry.com

I love my earrings.. I saw these on vacation, didn’t have time to get back to the store to buy them, so I ordered them on line. Super high quality, gorgeous, wear them all the time!

It was not clear that there would be import taxes to be paid, nor was there clarity on the amount.

Gold washed off completely after two days of wearing it.

It was broken and when I asked for a replacement, they never responded

I asked for a capital "S" and received a small s with no zircons. Someone offered to help with an exchange but I never heard from them again. Not too happy

Colour changed on 2nd day I wore it from gold to dark

I fell in love with the thunder ring & matching earrings. (They look like a little glittery lightening bolt in gold ) I also purchased a black/gray/gold bracelet. Absolutely LOVE each piece. Sometimes I like a bigger chunkier accessory. But sometimes I like the dainty look. The 3 items I bought are dainty. And beautiful! The perfect amount of sparkle. I am officially a TAI fan, & will definitely be buying more.

I had to send the earrings back and under the circumstances didn't feel like paying shipping to return. Everyone at TAI was wonderful about it and immediately sent me a pre-paid return label. The customer service is very approachable and helpful.
