The way I feel I don't even want to give it a star. I went to try to switch my number over to another company and tag mobile how did hostage. I set a boost for 4 hours while they tried to switch my number over and at the time text said I'm able to switch. Boost Mobile said that they are not releasing it. So when I call myself to confirm that tag told me that I have up to 4 days to switch my number over. So I left my phone at boost Mobile and came back the next day so that they could switch my number over. I sat in there for another 2 hours and the switch couldn't happen because of tag holding my number. Another thing would take I'm on the phone waiting for operator for hours I called multiple times I'm on the phone for 100 minutes plus each time I try to call and then a recording saying all operators are busy. This is the worst company by far if you pay for a phone or if you get a free phone please do not use tag Mobile

they was able to help me right away i got my sim card with in a couple days , so i was happy with my experiance

I recieved my phone but it is not working at all can't make calls. no one can hear me and the phone keeps going in and out. no one answers the phone on the customer service line.

There services is slow

I am trying to cancel service and it still is not canceled.

Well for starters I never got a phone from you so I don't know what to say about the service or a phone so please let's fix that 1st then we can talk
