0 stars! Having same problems as pretty much everyone else I've read so far. Dropped calls. Nobody can hear me. Glitchy. Was very grateful to receive free phone especially because I need it for doctors appointments, but it hasn't and still does not work so there is no point in having this service. I'll definitely be switching to another provider. I'm not usually one to leave a review, but this is sad. Government phones are supposed to be supplied to people like me who need adequate phone and phone service, the world today requires a phone for almost everything. Again, this company, this service, this 4g LTE phone with a brand I've never heard of, it's just sad

Terrible phone, terrible service. There's never an agent available and they don't call back. This company is as close to being a scam as possible yet still remain in business. Buyer beware!

If I could give stars, it would be below 0. The reason is that the phone does not work correctly and makes calls drop, which is frustrating when trying to get on social media...I can't. It's just a subpar free phone service. However, I see great reviews as well. If I can reach out to customer service, which I can't because the call just drops, I will consider a different review. But for now, it is a no, don't do it for me. Hope to hear from your company.

Its amazing

I have tried to contact you for weeks. My emails get returned can't deliver. My phone calls do not answered. You can cancel my service because I didn't use the phone. If you give me a phone that works. I would you it bIf you would answer my calls I would tell you. If you have a email you get a message.

I've had the service for about 3 days. It's the worst lifeline service I've ever had I can't call out without it hanging up.then it pick up something called airtalk . It drops calls after 10 mins or so. I'm switching back to my old service at less I can call them and they'll return the call. Then the phone starts telling me there's no sim card. Bad service every. Update I emailed them to tell me how to port out. Email me back requesting information to verify it was me I sent the information and instead of the important me out they decide they want to try to upsell me to stay with a telephone company that I don't get no service from in my home. So I looked it up on the internet and found out how to port out the only problem is tag mobile locks your number so that you can't do without getting in touch with them so then I don't email them again including the person who also sent me an email regarding the importing out I explained again your service is not work in my home please pour out my really smart phone number and pour it out. I feel any company that you can't reach an actual person so that you can straighten out your problems faster is a waste of time it would be different if the people who are answering the emails were a little bit faster at it but I can tell you now my emails get back to me probably within 3 days that's a long time to be waiting and I just can't do it this is ancient like when cell phones first came out
