I'm still waiting to receive my phone I'm lost

Received FOXXD A56 phone ...can't hear or be heard doesn't matter if on speaker or not ..Phone doesn't show anything but wifi in settings so month two and can't get phone to give me the lifeline Internet that I signed up for in the first place.....the worst phone possible ..couldn't go any slower Canceling lifeline service through neighbors wifi! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. To begin with 3 days into having the phone that they provided me with it froze constantly eating up all my data. The touch sensors don't work. So you can push and push and push and it won't go anywhere. The speakers are cracked or something inside the phone because you cannot talk to text. Speaking on the phone is a nightmare because that doesn't understand you you can talk straight to the phone far back close up and it comes out all wrong. Right now it is 10:53 in the morning and I have already received 10 spam phone calls four or five spam text. And I keep getting calls for at least six a day for somebody named Lisa those I have screenshot along with the spam phone calls some days I get 20 spam phone calls an entire day they must have sold my name to every company out there. There answer to my problem when I called them to report the problems with my phone was for me to go ahead and have someone record me using the phone and it's blips when it pops up then go ahead and send the phone in and then they can look at the video in the meantime I do not have a phone. They had to have sent me a used phone passing it off as a new phone because nothing on this phone works properly nothing I spam call after spam call. The most frustrating irresponsible company if I ever dealt with

Worst ever!! How are these folks who claim good with Tag even get through to customer service??

From the beginning, customer service was really helpful and able to answer any questions or concerns I may have had and the phone service is great

Everything thing you said you were going to do you did

I BARELY RECIEVED THE PHONE THEY SENT, STOPPED WORKING THE SAME DAY IT KEPT UDATING THEN IT WOULDNT EVEN STAY ON, THEN AFTER 24 HRS OF WAITING AND TROUBLESHOOTING THE DEVICE FOOLOWING EACH ACTIVATION STEP AND SEARCHING HOW TO SOLVE THE ISSUE IT WON'T TURN COMPLETELY ON. IT AND IT WAS NOT EVEN THE PHONE THEY SAID I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET. CANNOT REACH ANYONE THROUGH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CANT EVEN USE THE SIM IN A DIFFERENT PHONE.
