THEEE WORSE PHONE SERVICE COMPANY I HAVE EVER BARED WITNESSED AND JOINED ALOT OF THERE IPHONES ARE REFURBISHED AND OR COMPLETELY DAMAGED AND USED. PHONE SHOWS UP AT YOUR DOORSTEP 2- 3 WEEKS AFTER ORDER AND BY THE TIME IT COMES YOU HAVE RAN OUT OF DATA COVERAGE AND HAVE TO ORDER NEW DATA OR A NEW SIM CARD THE PHONE I HAVE RIGHT NOW CONSTANTLY KEEPS GLITCHING AND CUTTING OFF ON ITS ON PHONE ACTS LIKE ITS MALFUNCTIONING MIND YOU THERE IPHONES DONT HAVE NO HIGHER GB THEN 64, AND I USED TO WORK FOR APPLE IF I RECALL AND REMEMBER THEY STOPPED THAT 64 & 128GB AFTER THE IPHONE 11 ERA ALL IPHONES AFTER THE 11 OR THE 12 IF NOT MISTAKEN HAVE HIGHER GBS AND MORE STORAGE SPACE ON THESE IPHONES NOW - THE ARE ROBBING YOU!!!! BUT AT LEAST THE PHONES DO CALL AND TEXT ALL ELSE OTHERWISE TAG GET IT TOGETHER!!!

my phone is not working know it broke it will not charge at all since this day

It doesn't really matter anyway.When all they wanna do is send you a SIM card that is not gonna work.In ninety percent of people's phones because they are locked and companies will not unlock them.

I need a phone to do my online work or get any information or email today i don't have my phone but I'm using now my brother phone so i need one for myself

my godmother had ordered a free cell phone through true connect website and never used the device. she gave the cell phone device to use for important uses like making my appointments for doctor, schduleing my rides for school, for texting my friends/ family, and listen to music. the phone had data but as weeks, days, months passed the data drained. I was notified that the data ran out and it wasn't turned back on again and the messages that were sent to my messages said if I wanted more data, I can pay a $1 dollar. I decided I would order a new phone but I didn't go into true connect and I ordered from tag mobile company. I had difficulty uploading proof, I would upload and they would continue to ask for more information. I eventually uploaded enough proof and my package arrived in October. before I ordered the cell phone device, I didn't pay attention to what device I picked and choose the other phone plan. later I went back in to see my mistake and tried to get the phone I wanted but they wanted me to pay $25 dollars a month for unlimited data. I choose the 6GB and choose the smallest phone because I can't afford a new cell phone or pay $25 a month for unlimited data. when the package arrived, the sims card was bigger and wouldn't fit in the phones sims card slot. I tried to order another phone but it said there was a current package in process. I had the tracking information, how much the package weighed, and where it's currently at unfortunately I don't know what I ordered and unsure if it's the sims card. I am writting a review to help out others to avoid the stress uploading the required proof needed and it's way faster to go find a area where they hand out free phones that way you can have help and only fill out information on paper and sign. If you want to do online, go through true connect but I don't know why you have to pay for unlimited data and no one should have to pay $25 dollars a month ( unless you have the money go ahead) but many are unable to work and don't have money to buy another cell phone device. I think everyone should pay attention to what phone they pick out and pay attention to the sims card plan because like me I didn't go into the right area and ended up uploading more proof and stressing out and it took more than 5 to 10 business day to ship out. I remained patient and calm as much as I could and never gave up and it came.

Text and talk time is not enough runs out too quick; Phone is poorly designed whole front came off for no reason just a badly designed cell phone would not recommend unless updates are made. I can not even use it anymore
