Let me tell you about my experience with Tadibrothers. It started out that I heard about their company by way of a customer that bought a different brand for their backup cameras and was really sad that they didn't choose Tadibrothers. So I thought, why go with a well known company that has many unsatisfied customers when I can go with Tadibrothers whose customers are raving not only about the product, but the customer service? I'm so glad that I chose these guys. First I searched their website and found several possible setups for my tow vehicle and trailer, but I had lots of questions about the particulars. I called up their customer service and actually got a real human on the phone who was exceptionally nice and was able to answer my questions. These days that is worth five stars in itself. Together we figured out exactly what needed. I made the order and received the package in a few short days. In the next few days the backup cameras and monitor will be installed. I don't expect any problems, but if I do run into anything that can't be resolved by my mechanic, I know that the customer service for this company will come through. My sincere thanks!
