GOOD NEWS. I installed the new back up camera, mirror and related cords and the Tadi Brother's back-up system works fine and dandy. My wife loves it as it really helps when backing up in blind spots and especially at night. It's really neat. I am a very satisfied customer and appreciate the way customer rep. Chris, hung in there and gave me all the help I needed. I am really impressed with Tadi Brother's customer support and tech assistance. Chris went that extra mile to make sure I installed it correctly. To supply power for the back up mirror, I found it easy to splice the RED and BLACK wires that power the back up mirror to the same wires that provide power to the driver's adjustable seat. The power connector is right under the seat and is always "HOT". Makes installation clean and simple. Once again, THANK YOU Chris for holding true to the TADI BROTHERS motto: "We'll back you up". 4 years ago, I purchased a wireless backup camera for my new 5th Wheel from Tadi Brothers. After installing it, I noticed the picture was not as clear I has expected. I immediately all Tadi Brothers and talked to Eddie. After about a 5 minute conversation, He recommended that I use a wired system since my rig was almost 60' long. He gave me full credit for the one I purchased and my new one at my home in 3 days! Now, 2 years later, my wife and I were at the Tampa Super RV Show where I saw that Tada Brother had a booth set up. I went over to look and inquire about upgrading my camera to a Hi-Def camera. To my surprise, Eddie was running the booth... We talked for a few minutes and I purchased (at a discount) the new Hi-Def camera that he recommended. Now again, today, couple of years has past and I decided that I wanted a wireless camera that had better reception / display. I called Eddie, told him what I wanted but it had to be compatible with my current monitor and he again gave me a discount and it will be here in 3-4 days. I wouldn't think of purchasing any of the equipment that Tadi Brothers sells from any other vendor! Give them a try, you will be glad you did!

I ordered a license plate camera from Tadi Brothers and was disappointed when I received a call informing me that my purchase would be a week or so longer than expected as well as a few options to remedy the issue. Long story short: I received the camera and had a few questions during installation. I called 3 times with questions and each time I was talking to a tech rep within a minute of dialing, and each time the rep gave me easy to follow instructions. The camera and monitor are installed. They work great, and the staff at Tadi is a pleasure to work with. I know where I'll shop if I decide I need a front facing camera.

I purchased a 65' r.f. back-up camera at this years Hershey Park R.V. show. The salesman was great at letting me know about their products.He told me if I had any issues with the install to simply call customer service and someone would walk me through any issues.I needed some help and the tech was fantastic at solving my issues. I looked at the reviews and was impressed by what I saw with other customers dealing with Tadi Brothers. They were rated #1 or #2 on several R.V. sites, so I made the call late at night as California is 3 hours behind us and explained exactly what I had with my Fifth Wheel camper and ordered my system. My Sales rep was Eddie, He walked me through exactly what I needed to complete my installation and since I wanted to install everything that weekend he sent everything over-night and gave me his cell phone number so I could call him that weekend if I had a problem. I did have a problem, Eddie walked me thru the system and said that the transmitters and receivers that was sent with my order were not strong enough, so he almost overnight sent more powerful equipment and that solved the problem. Even though one of the new receivers they sent were bad, they promptly sent me a new part and my system works great. I own several businesses and always watch to see how other companies deal with customer service, trying to improve mine. My only recommendation is better installation instructions as an engineer, I like everything by the book and I know there are a zillion different installation situations, but that would be most helpful. In conclusion, I would recommend this company to everyone and buy from them again

I have had my rear camera for a little over a year with no problems. The first part of January I somehow managed to break my antenna on the back of the 5th wheel. Stopped by Tadi Bros booth in Quartzite ready to buy a new amtenna. They gave me a new one free! Great service... thank you guys.. ! Larry

I put in a wired 120' CCD license plate cam and 4.3" monitor on left side of my dash. I used premium RCA cables. I can not actually believe how good the color video is not to mention it automatically goes into night vision. I added a couple small accessories after main purchase and customer service was great, got parts in no time. Plus all the instructional videos on all their products down to the cigarette plug in if u use that,lol Their are so many people selling backup cams today but I can save you lots of time and headaches, tadi brothers will send you a great system and support you till you are as happy as i am. No i dont work for them, wish i did now thanks robert tulsa ok

I was very reluctant to purchase from Tadi Brothers but I am glad I did. I had trouble getting what I needed but "Adi" was a big help. I recommend Tadi Brothers to everyone. Excellent Cust Service!
