Great experience ordering by phone!!
I just spoke to Rose Tadi and she was so very pleasant and helped me find the backup camera most suited for our needs for our 5th Wheel Camper. I really appreciated her knowledge, kindness and the discount we received! Will definitely recommend Tadi Brothers.

parking sensor system
Ordered a parking sensor system. Shipment was delayed but after speaking with customer service the team was able to expedite the processing and shipment. Customer service was very pleasant and helpful.

Operating issues.
Entry level technician was good, but apparently, not good enough. He transferred me to his supervisor. After awhile of diagnosis, he recommended I take the camera off, return it to you where it can be tested. Due to my previous experiences, he sent me a shipping label, and promised that either the original be repaired or replaced in a timely fashion . Again, the entry level technician was good, but he had no problem referring .e to his supervisor. I do not recall the supervisor's name, but I think that his attitude and level of professionalism should should be rewarded.

Recently I needed support and I called…
Recently I needed support and I called Tadi Brothers. I didn't realize they weren't open yet. But then later John called me, unprompted! That's amazing in this day and age. On the followup, my situation was a bit complicated, but John made it clear and easy. He was responsive and the right thing happened fast. I'll be back.

So there was a screw up in shipping
So there was a screw up in shipping, and the staff has been excellent in getting everything fixed. I get it, sometimes things happen, but the service to make it right has been spot on.
