I spoke to Rose this evening regarding technical questions I had about installing a cam system. I was impressed with her confidence and knowledge about the product upgrades I was interested in. Because of her product knowledge I ordered the system.

I reported the malfunction with my camera in August and was advised to send photos of the camera and monitor, which I did. I sent a message two weeks later because there had been no response. Because of travels I was unable to call back. I took the camera off and discovered that it was full of water.I phoned yesterday and was told that I would be called back in ten minutes. I didn’t get a call so I phoned today and spoke with John and he researched my complaint and advised that Tadi Brothers would do what was necessary to solve the problem. John was very professional and courteous.

Spoke with John at technical service. He provided super support for an issue that I had when I placed my online order. I highly recommend Tadi Brothers for meeting your electronics needs.
