The product and the customer service is superb! Customer service representative, Sherwin walked me through pairing the camera and setting up the system for my particular use. He was extremely patient with me even when I was not so patient. Thank you Sherwin! The quality of the digital wireless camera and wireless rear view mirror monitor are excellent and the fit over my stock rear view mirror is perfect and actually does look stock. I flipped the monitor upside down over my rear view mirror to fit the shape of my mirror better and used the flip/reverse feature to obtain a perfectly correct rear view of my trailer. NIce feature guys! I get really anxious over new technology but this is exactly as advertised and the service is really second to none! I am a super analytical buyer and researched this product and others like it for over a year and then finally decided on the TadiBrothers system. I am absolutely certain I made the right choice.

I spoke with Rose who was able to answer all my questions and was very friendly and helpful. I have had a Tadi Brothers system in the past and wanted to make sure I had the new one in time to install before I head out to buy a new horse in another state. Hauling alone the backup camera will be of great help also.
