My technician was very knowledgeable, explained things clearly, and helped me make an informed choice as to which camera system would best suit my needs. He was also very friendly and courteous. 5 Stars.

Rose worked with us trying to get our old camera replaced, ended up getting a new system as the old camera has been faded out, so working through all that , she helped get what we need and now can’t wait to get the new stuff here and installed and hopefully will work the way it should. Thanks Rose!!!

**UPDATE** October 16, 2023 Gabe apologized for the mix up of the transmitters and receivers and is rushing me the parts we need. **UPDATE** October 16, 2023 While Gabe did send a system, however it did not contain a receiving wireless module and still will not work as advertised. **Update** September 25, 2023 Gabe responded and is shipping us a new system to install! **Update** September 25, 2023 I have reached out for an update with our order status last week both with a voicemail (after very long hold time), then an email. No response, back on hold today. **Update** August 10, 2023 Gabe called and we are going to send it back, they will test it and if the system does not work they will send me an entirely new system! **Update** August 10, 2023 we have been working since April to get the system to work without wavy lines on the monitor while the vehicle is moving. We followed their recommendations: - Checked for 12v - yes - Purchased & added Ferrite Choke - no improvement - Sent it for testing - Gabriel did not test all my components together in a running vehicle so "no issue" according to him and they sent it back - Try different power for monitor - no improvement - Try different power for camera - no improvement Now I am way outside the 30 day return policy, so I can try the "trade in" policy. Which is, I buy different system at their sale price. Send my current system back at my convenience and they will not give me any money back. How is that a "trade in", I just send you my original package and you keep it with no refund... plus I pay you again for another system. I really want this system to work for me and my RV, but YIKES.
