Great Plug and Play option’s
Called with details of older (2003) motor home camera setup. Sherwin The sales rep had a plug and play system that can use our existing wiring set up. Looking forward to receiving an upgrade. Sherwin was very knowledgeable about products.

Knowledgeable and helpful experience
Rose was very knowledgeable, I had specific goals the was able to custom build a package, and she helped me with a previous Tadi system. All in all, technically proficient and cheerfully helpful. A great shopping experience!

Kind & professional purchase assistance
We called in after reviewing our options online several times. We were confused as to what we actually needed to replace our system that no longer works. We spoke with Sherwin and explained what we have and what we need And our limited capability to install anything complicated. He kindly and with knowledge of his products went over all aspects with us and recommended the camera system that we purchased. When it was time to check out I could not locate my coupon in my email and he came forward with a site wide current coupon to help us with the cost. He also suggested the 2 year service plan in case of problems in the future. There was no pressure but presented well and so we purchased the 2 year service plan. We told him we need the system by next week and he said he could indicate that to shipping to get it to us in time. Sherwin was ever so polite, professional and handled everything with us to our satisfaction.
