WARNING: DO NOT SIGN UP OR REGISTER WITH TABLET!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE AN ALGORITHM ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT CHARGES YOU $99.00 PER YEAR WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND WITHOUT ASKING YOU TO RENEW FOR TABLET PLUS. FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN USING TABLE, CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS IN JANUARY. I USED THEM ONCE IN 2017 AND THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME EVER SINCE. I JUST DISCOVERED IT AND THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME IF I DIDN'T NOTICE IT WITHIN THEIR SIX MONTH REFUND PERIOD. IMAGINE JUST HOW MUCH MONEY THEY ARE MAKING WITHOUT PEOPLE'S KNOWLEDGE. IT'S DISGUSTING.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Kathleen. We appreciate this opportunity to explain that Tablet Plus is an annual membership that’s optional to our users. Your membership auto-renews every year on the date of purchase (not necessarily January) and you can opt-out at any time. The payment for, and auto-renewal of, Tablet Plus memberships is not an algorithm. Here are the terms quoted directly from the sign-up page: "Your Tablet Plus membership will automatically renew on a yearly basis and your payment method on file will be charged $99 yearly until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel your membership, log into your account on the Tablet website or email [email protected]." And should you forget to opt-out we will happily refund you within six months of the renewal charge (a grace period much more generous than other membership programs). Kathleen, we understand and sympathize with your frustration but we feel a one-star review for not being able to refund a membership fee from January 2019 is not an accurate reflection of our services. Especially since we refunded your 2020 membership fee without hesitation. With this explanation we sincerely hope you will reconsider using Tablet again one day, we'll be happy to assist you!
