We're concerned to hear that you did not receive any response to your inquiry about how to cancel, and we’d like to look into this further. A lack of follow-up from our team is not the norm. Hi Chris. Thank you for taking the time to review us. We first heard from you about your disappointment with the hotel four days after checkout and you'll get no argument from us, it is hard to fix a bad hotel stay after the fact. Our team is passionate about two things: Customer Service and Travel. We love helping clients plan and book their trips and we hope those trips are truly amazing! However, we know that there may be bumps in the road and when something goes wrong we relish the opportunity to make it better and show you what makes our Travel Specialists so special. We have 29 hotels in Tokyo and our team is here to offer personal recommendations and help you select the right one. And should you ever find yourself in a hotel that's not living up to your standards reach out to us during your stay and we'll make it right. We do hope you'll take us up on our offer because although we can't erase the memory of your stay in Tokyo we can definitely give you something better to look forward to.

Alison we're sorry to hear you were not happy with the hotels. The entire site is about quality control so the hotels that are featured in the selection are actually determined by guest feedback. Only guests who have verified stays at the hotels can supply the reviews and scores and hotels are removed automatically if they fall below a score of 15. There is no benefit to Tablet to have poor hotels on the site so negative, as much as positive reviews, are critical to maintaining the selection. The only time reviews of the hotel are reset are when it undergoes either structural and/or management changes, which often changes the experience altogether. In re Tablet Plus, we strive to ensure the privileges are exclusive & unique to our members and we have a rigorous auditing process to so. However hotels may include a specific privilege within a rate we may feature, but that is not the norm. Besides offering the privileges and upgrades (which the value alone often exceeds the year cost of membership) our dedicated Plus customer service team is at your disposal.
