A heartfelt shout-out our booking was made through Tablet Plus and what impressed me immediately was how quickly the Sheraton team reached out after the booking to personally coordinate with me and ask about our preferences. I casually mentioned that it was our only son’s 21st birthday. He’s in college and was flying in for his bucket-list 21st birthday wish: waking up at Sheraton Mactan😊 Maybe that sounds funny because for some people, a hotel stay like this may not seem like a big deal. But for our family, it was. We are working parents from a simple, below-middle-class family, and we saved for this stay. We were so excited to spend this milestone with our only son and prayed that everything would come together. And Sheraton truly made it special. We were treated like VIPs from the moment we arrived. The warmth and thoughtfulness of the team, the FREE UPGRADE to ocean view from standard inner garden, very early check-in, late check-out and our beautiful accommodation with that huge ocean view were all amazing. But then came the birthday surprise. The cake and balloons absolutely blew me away! 🎂🎈(they charged only the cost which is less than ¼ the price if I ordered online and be delivered to the resort) It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it meant more to us than they probably realized. And the funny part? I shared a little post about our stay afterward and was completely shocked when it received around 630 reaction hearts😂💕 My posts usually get only 10 to 20 reactions, so seeing that many people celebrate our son’s birthday with us was such a sweet surprise. In the midst of so much negativity in the world, moments of genuine happiness like this mean so much. For us, it wasn't simply a hotel stay. It was a memory we worked hard for, prayed for, and will carry with us for a very long time. Padayon, Tablet Plus, we will definitely book again via Tablet Plus💚 ✨ Glory to God. He made a way, as He always does. 🙏💕 Sometimes what may seem like an ordinary hotel stay to others becomes a once-in-a-lifetime memory for a simple family like ours💕

Didier and Juliette helped me in a difficult situation where I needed a late cancellation and they managed to solve the situation perfectly. Excellent service and handling all around! Will use their services in the future for sure.
