Good luck if does not fit they will…
Good luck if does not fit they will keep your money and the cases sent back. Need copy of postal receipt....... really , Will never use this home seller.....just a rip-off .......... update ..... they did send the correct cases so I am all set now. Thanks Tablet2Cases for follow thru. Chuck

Awesome customer service and great rapport. I’m glad I purchase my iPad mini 2 case from this retailer. Our 2year loves his new case and so do we. It came with a screen protector as well and does the job! Thanks again, God bless and take care.

Faulty first product but great customer care!
The watch box that I received from Amazon was faulty. This was the third item from Amazon that was faulty and I was getting pretty fed up of with having to return everything. However, I noticed a leaflet in the watch box from the founders stating that they would send a replacement for faulty items along with their email address. Erma helped me from start to finish and was honestly the reason why I would purchase another product. I offered to return the faulty product but she refused and advised it wasn’t necessary. She kept me updated the whole way. I may have received a working box a week after my original order date but it was worth the wait.

Charged for cases, but never received them.
Charged for cases, but have not received them yet. Two cases were order over a month ago with the promise of being delivered in 7-10 days. One day after placing order I received an email saying that one of the cases was not in their warehouse and it would take 10-16 days to send that one, but the other case would be sent immediately. Agreed to that and my card was charged for full price of both tablets. It has now been over a month and I have yet to receive either case. Was provided a tracking number that did not work. Emailed customer service and they provided a new tracking number that shows the case is being bounced around from one warehouse to another in China, but has been sitting still for over 2 weeks with no updates.

Our shipment is usually faster, but with the evolving situation lately, mail and parcel services are severely impacted. Many shipping operators have also suspended mail operations, and there is less air and land transportation available. Our shipping partners are delivering parcels within the delay. Despite these challenging times, we are doing the best we can given the logistics options available on that day.
