Dear Crystal, Thank you for leaving us a positive review. It was a pleasure serving you. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and being so open with us. I understand the shipping hold-ups of your order. This is because of the pandemic situation where shipments can take 2-3x longer than usual. Our shipping partners are delivering parcels within the delay. Despite these challenging times, we are doing the best we can, given the logistics options available on the given day. We appreciate you entrusting your business with us and enjoy your rugged case. Best regards, Erma Head of Support - Tablet2Cases P.S Your purchase comes with a 365-day peace of mind warranty. If something happens within the period, we will help you sort out a resolution to the issue. 😊❤️
