Product has an awesome price compared…
Product has an awesome price compared to some of the competitors but I hoped the outer rubber layer would have been a little tighter fitting it keeps coming off of the inner case, and I am petrified he will be carrying it and our 1500 device will fall to the floor. Maybe in future models work on that.

Hello Charity Beckner, Thank you for the product review. While I am delighted to read your high regard for the overall buying experience, a sale won't be complete if it has not fully met the standards. Providing a great customer experience is very important to us. We took full responsibility for this issue and forwarded your constructive feedback directly to the product team to ensure we take corrective action and improvement. Thank you for speaking freely about the rugged case. You have just a big part in helping us make the best product it can be. Of course, your peace of mind is our top priority, so I am reaching out to you via email to provide more information about the Bam Bino rugged case. We will strive to deliver great experiences consistently. Best regards, Erma Head of Support - Tablet2Cases

NO EXPEDITED DELIVERY
In light of our current crisis and its challenges. Which, working on the front line, I am extremely sympathetic to, Might I suggest temporarily removing the promise of 1-3 day shipping at a cost of 13.95$ Thereby eliminating the customer’s expectation of expedited delivery. Although I did get a delayed delivery alert immediately AFTER I placed my order. Leading me to believe you were already aware that I would not be receiving my item in the specified timeframe, yet still charged for it. Had I known beforehand, I could’ve saved money on S&H and probably would’ve received my item at the same time (7 days later) That being said, the ipad case is great. Fit and look is as described. 5 stars for the item, unfortunately only 3 for the company.

Dear Craig, Thank you for the review. I apologize for making you feel this way. This is not the buying experience we want to share with you. Our shipment is usually faster, but with the evolving situation lately, mail and parcel services are severely impacted. Many shipping operators have also suspended mail operations, and there are less air and land transportation available. Our shipping partners are delivering parcels within the delay. Despite these challenging times, we are doing the best we can, given the logistics options available on the given day. Your peace of mind is our top priority. Rest assured that your feedback will be heard. We are continually looking for ways to improve, and we will have a closer look at your input. Please feel free to write to us as well so we can find ways to improve our service specifically to your order. I am looking forward to your email. Best regards, Erma Lozada, Head of Support Tablet2Cases

No product. Company wants a review
So far the company has been asking me how well I like them. I really want to rate them on a product. Which I have not received yet. So that is why I am giving three stars.

Dear Jason, Thank you for the review. I understand the shipping hold-ups of your order. This is because of the pandemic situation where shipments can take 2-3x longer than normal. Our shipping partners are delivering parcels within the delay. Despite these challenging times, we are doing the best we can given the logistics options available on the given day. I have reached out to you via direct email to provide more information. I look forward to your patience and understanding in your reply. Best regards, Erma Head of Support - Tablet2Cases

Tablet Case is good
Tablet Case is good! The operations is a bit unstable. I ordered another tablet case in another color. The system let me order, pay, etc. 2 days later they email me and say that color is not available? Shouldn’t the POS (Point of Sale) reflect the appropriate inventory? Why take my payment if you don’t have the product? I simply ordered elsewhere still awaiting my refund...,

Hello Courtney, Thank you for your feedback and my sincerest apology that the order did not go as expected. Given the rapidly evolving situation in these trying times, in parallel, our supply chain is also experiencing a significant increase in product demands. Your peace of mind is our top priority, so we made sure to communicate the status of your order every step of the way. As mentioned in our conversation history, the rugged case is on hand and ready to ship from our international warehouse only that it would take 14 days for a successful delivery to happen. For which you intend not to wait. My apologies again for this situation. Your funds should be back to your account in the next few days. We hope that you will consider doing business with us in the future. Best regards, Erma Head of Support - Tablet2Cases

It’s a little on the cheap side
It’s a little on the cheap side. But it will do. I thought it was plastic but it’s more like Styrofoam.

Dear Melissa, Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies for providing an unsatisfactory experience with this product. The primary users of the rugged case are kids. It is our main goal that we protect both kids and the device. Also, the first paragraph of the product page entails that the rugged case is made of non-toxic EVA foam material. EVA Foam makes a durable shockproof iPad/tablet cover. A type of plastic that does not require a plasticizer and is bisphenol-a free. It is non-toxic, which again makes a perfect recipe for a kids' case. Your peace of mind is our top priority. This rugged case can always be returned for a full refund if you feel that this is not capable of saving the life of your iPad. I have sent out a direct email to provide options for you. I look forward to hearing back from you with your preferred course of action. Sincerely yours, Erma Senior Customer Support Manager, Tablet2Cases

Nice case - be prepared to wait for it.
These cases are shipped from China. Impossible to track a shipment from China Post - they seldom update the tracking results. I wondered if my case would ever arrive. However, it did arrive 16 days after the order was accepted. That seems a very long time with today’s supply chains. The case, itself, is very nice.
Response from Tablet2CasesNov 4, 2019
Dear Tom, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to read about the lack of tracking information on your order. I assure you that this is not the company's intention. Your order was shipped 24 hours after the order took place (October 23rd, 2019). At the moment this is en route to the USA. Please see link below to provide you a live update on your parcel: http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW781571058CN You can continue tracking the parcel directly on the USPS tracking website as soon as this clears customs clearance. I guarantee that the majority of USPS parcels arrive on or before the delivery date. In your case, November 12th as indicated in your order information. I am sending out a direct email to provide you detailed information about your parcel. Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Erma Head of Support Tablet2Cases

The case is a generic 7-8 inches…
The case is a generic 7-8 inches tablet case, not a dedicated chuwi hi 8 air case, as the title of the case described. Other than that it arrived on time and the quality of the material is good but not the best.
