I especially want to thank you all for your empathy and understanding with regard to my request for help. The case was a wonderful gift from my dear mum that passed, so that made this case so very special to me. Your team were unable to help supply a part I needed but respected sincerely how special this item was for me. Due to this time of lockdown and I said I would persevere with my case, your team kindly decided to send me a replacement now in the event it would not be possible within the near future. In light of our current crisis and its challenges. Which, working on the front line, I am extremely sympathetic to, Might I suggest temporarily removing the promise of 1-3 day shipping at a cost of 13.95$ Thereby eliminating the customer’s expectation of expedited delivery. Although I did get a delayed delivery alert immediately AFTER I placed my order. Leading me to believe you were already aware that I would not be receiving my item in the specified timeframe, yet still charged for it. Had I known beforehand, I could’ve saved money on S&H and probably would’ve received my item at the same time (7 days later) That being said, the ipad case is great. Fit and look is as described. 5 stars for the item, unfortunately only 3 for the company.
