Fast delivery and attentive attitude

There is not enough stars in the Milky Way to give this Linux machine. I’ve ran Ubuntu forever, and this transition to PopOS has been a dream. I hesitated to make a purchase on a 76 and it’s surpassed my expectations by a mile. I develop for a restaurant of mine and we are considering making changes to 76 for all terminals including in-store minis. I’ve always been Linux-for-life, but this is on another level in terms of the entire package. Well done. - Little Bigs Pizza

Effortless

Well made, powerful machine loaded with the latest Ubuntu LTS operating system and a great core set of apps. Worked right out of the box, the Ubuntu app store contained all the additional products I needed...all open source like Ubuntu. Support & communication great from System 76, although it has mostly been "Thanks, this is a powerful machine." The user may have to write a few simple programs to get and install latest codex for some add on apps. This is not an issue as I bought it for dev work. But I believe anyone could get this unit running quickly: plenty of Ubuntu help on line. Much better results than slow, buggy, user unfriendly, memory hog, security deficient "MentalSoft Hole in the Wall 11" from Seattle.

I was genuinely impressed with their order fulfillment. My order was processed and shipped faster than any other company I've delt with. I haven't completely disassembled it yet, but it looks to have some very good build quality.
