Worst laptop I've ever used. Brand new Pangolin 2024. Issues: right click button doesn't work. Enabling it makes the left button do a middle click if on right side of the button. Why do you think I purposely got a laptop with hardware left/right click? I need that to work dummies. This is pathetic. charge cable way to short. trackpad so sticky it's hard to use screen brighness at max brightness is not bright enough flatpak is stupid. I installed VSCode and the terminal commands don't work gcc-11 and g++-11 by default?? 12 has been out for years. battery life sucks display set to Dhdpi mode message every reboot??? I own an HP Devone. I assume this would be similar quality, but it sucks. About 8 years ago I bought a system 76 laptop. One of the old big and bulky ones with the loud fans. That was the worst computer I've ever owned and ended up just throwing it away. This new one sucks too. What is the problem? Overpriced cheap chinese crap needed to add a startup app so It would stay in performance mode. why? keyboard backlight goes off too quick. I want it always on sleep is activated when closing the lid 3/4ths the way. I didn't close it, I don't want it to sleep. set the screen to 150% scale, but every sleep/reboot it resets.

They sent me a laptop with a defective charger. After months of back and forth with support they wanted to change me over $100 to replace it. I can't afford that so I didn't sign the paper work accepting the charge. And they charged me anyway.

Bought a lemur pro 2 years ago and have nothing but issues. * CPU performs extremely poorly * Touch pad has warped to the point of not being able to click * One of the only 2 usb ports is broken Generally just a bad option for such a premium price point, would recommend going with an established brand. I've learnt my lesson.

Poor customer service. I ordered a laptop on November 20th for over $2,500 and paid for 2 day shipping, received a confirmation email with confirmation number. I also sent an email to get an expected ship date and got a reply of the week of Dec 6. After multiple email sent after Dec 10 asking on its status, I received an email on December 23, by en employee, saying the order was canceled due to potential fraud. No notification from the company about the issue before that or a request for any additional information. System76 said if I want a computer I need to order it again. Hahaha. I’ve beeen without a computer for over a month and now have miss out on the cyber Monday and Black Friday sales. Thanks System76!

Terrible service, sent me defective laptop. Serval WS.($3000 dollar laptop) I called them for a refund within 30 days, said they would process a return but never did. I also did email them, they refused to give me my money back. Their laptops will crash while gaming or doing any task. They don't care about helping you. Very rude and unwilling to help! Serval WS laptop problems, crash while doing any task, -very loud fan noise like a jet engine. -No battery life. -Bad keyboard layout + No led for Numlock. - Deceiving performance is very bad, everything feels slow and laggy, laptop can't do anything without crashing. - very rude customer service, does not care about helping you, will lie and say you never asked for a return in 30 days, even if you call and email them. They will refuse to refund or warranty their products.

Terrible customer service. Bought a cpu in 2022 - nothing but issues. 25 mins to boot up, battery issues, terrible customer service. Is this a joke to you system76? Don't waste your money.

I bought a system 76 laptop and love it. The problem I have is with their support. I had trouble setting up the printer which works some times and then not others. I had their service plan but when I reached out to them I got no reply. Extremely poor service. I will not buy from them again.

Ordered a Desktop Computer from System76. Upon arrival, when I powered it up it ran for a short while then crashed and rebooted. I opened a support ticket and System76 responded quickly and agreed to replace the computer. I packed up the old one and waited a couple of weeks to get the replacement. When I turned the replacement computer on, it was hard to tell because the power on light was not working. I reported this and was told the case might not be set properly. So I disassembled the case and the light started working. After using the computer for a while I tried to boot into a USB drive and could not. Seemed to me that the Bios was buggy. At this point I had lost all confidence in this computer so I asked for a refund and they readily agreed under their Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee program. I shipped the computer back after receiving a return authorization. Credit to my credit card was delayed and a couple of my requests for status were ignored. Finally after they had custody of the returned computer for two weeks, I filed a dispute with my credit card. Hours after doing that I received the credit posting from System76. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. I was disappointed because I wanted to do business with someone in the US.
