You guys hit it out of the park. For me, the single biggest feature was the hardware quality. The OS was nice, but I've been an arch user for years and switched it out. That too was painless because the hardware was well chosen. When I made the build vs buy decision, it was the issue of uncertainty WRT compatibility and how much research time I was willing to put in that made me go with buy. Glad I did.

I have high opinion about System76 as the experts in offering powerful Linux machines in US. The quality of System76 support is Exceptional and professional. Right from the help on configuration of the computer, process of purchasing, answering the questions on the product and communications at every stage were excellent! I had pleasant experience every time that I communicated with their customer support. Very efficient and totally unbiased. They even provided me help with return of the computer on my request. I am happy that the refund was full and promptly processed. My experience with System76 is memorably pleasant.

The laptop is very nice. It's great to have a laptop designed for linux. It came quickly.

My laptop was promptly shipped and arrived ahead of schedule. When I opened it up, I was immediately impressed with the build quality, weight, and aesthetics of my Darter Pro. Setup took almost no time and boot times are absurdly fast. As am Ubuntu Budgie user for the past several years, adjusting to Pop OS was quite smooth and barring a few very minor things I miss, I'm quickly growing to prefer Pop over Ubuntu. I haven't physically opened up my case yet to do any tinkering but it looks pretty straightforward and System 76's right-to-repair philosophy was a huge selling point. I had been dreaming of getting a System 76 laptop for many years and now that I have one, I'm quite happy with my purchase

This is my first experience with Linux. Everything is going well so far; it is a learning experience. My laptop arrived promptly and in good condition; the system worked and updated. I am having no problems and am satisfied with your service.

I had an issue with permissions when I got my Oryx and they fixed my problem via email real fast.

Easy to order and payment/shipping time were great.

I had to call because I wasn't able to place an order online with the quote that we had received. When they gave me another quote because the other one was outdated, there was a discrepancy. Stetson was fantastic answering all my questions and adjusting the pricing to match the original quote. He was very quick to respond as well.
