I ordered a Thelio Mira custom on December 31. It took a bit longer to build than the 6-10 business days claimed in the order form, but I think that's understandable given they probably had more orders than usual at the end of the year. System76 support was excellent before and after I placed the order. I had a couple of questions about selecting components, and I inquired once about the build/shipping schedule. All 3 contacts were answered promptly by customer service specialists who were professional, well informed, and helpful. I was completely satisfied with every contact.

I have been a System76 customer for years - I've owned 4 laptops and a Meerkat. All of them are still going strong. The Pangolin 15 is on a whole new level though. Incredible metal build, big beautiful anti-reflective screen, killer keyboard, awesome trackpad with physical buttons, a privacy killswitch, plenty of ports, a smokin' AMD Ryzen 9 processor, and better-than-previous-models speakers! Thank you System76 - keep up the great work!
