I had a question about 3rd party hardware compatibility (keyboard and monitor) and received a response within 24 hours. A live chat representative would've been more helpful, but I was satisfied by the response. (And if you're hiring, as the owner of a new System 76 Meerkat, I'd love to have a remote job as a live chat specialist!)

Couldn’t be happier. Great laptop and I’m enjoying the system 76 distribution PopOS, I’m planning to continue using this Linux distribution. Not planning to switch back Suse. No concerns, enjoying getting back into being a Linux user

I've been following the work of System76 for some time and they are getting better which each passing year, in all aspects.

Great Customer Service and follow up! I had some minor problems, and the System76 team was very helpful in trying to help me fix them. Just need to be patient; response times are usually within 24 hours, but not always immediate.

The build quality is amazing and it works great so far. I use it for programming/work, so I got it with 32GB of RAM. It's the perfect size and it's pretty light. Delivery took a little longer than I thought, but it's worth the wait since it's custom built
