I have received a terrible service from this company. The system is not clear and (mistake on my part) paid annually instead of monthly. I raised this with the team who smugly advised that their terms and conditions do not support a refund. I took this on the chin and requested that they cancelled my annual subscription going forwards, to then find another annual charge a year later. I contacted the team who again, smugly referred me to their terms and conditions and refused to process a refund for an account that has sat dormant for the year. I will be raising this with by Bank to claim through a charge back. This is a terrible company, with zero level of service. Do not trust them.

Synder have been excellent and the service from Liza Nikanovich was amazing, so much patience and explained everything fully. Wish she worked for me.

Pauline Has been so helpful in setting up my account. She has spent time with me on the demo explaining how the system works and then fine tuning it to my needs. very happy and impressed !!

Thank you so much! I was worried about the set up process but was lucky to have Lizzie on a hour long zoom to get everything set up. I hope we can sync and automate custom fields in QuickBooks soon but great system.

I asked a few questions about the product, which Ted answered very patiently and went into detail for me on several clarifications, which was excellent, but then at the end I realized how this company gets high ratings here on trustpilot; He asked me if he answered all my questions, and if I was satisfied, could I fill out a survey. Then he sent me a link in chat to this review page... Now I can't even trust the reviews in here for this company because the trust is gone. For shame Snyder! A good sales pitch does not by itself constitute a quality product and tactics like these show a certain lack of integrity. SO the question I suppose is this: Is Synder truly a quality product, or are they manipulating the ratings with schemes like this in order to pretend they are? So I ended up trying Synder. Onboarding has been a nightmare: Missing transactions and failed syncs have not been resolved in over a week. probably losing this client over this. I'm used to an onboarding process being a complete analysis of your QB file/their app/vendor-amazon etc. reports to complete a total reconciliation for your first sync. with this company, I get a chat, and only ever get the first tier support sitting by as I do all of the configurations myself and when I have questions, they give general answers and have to refer back to others a lot. This is not the level of support that instills confidence.
