I was surprised to discover that a CSA was available on chat on a Saturday afternoon. Helen was super helpful, personable, and she patiently spent her time actually researching my issue rather than copying and pasting boilerplate FAQ responses like is so common with other software chat options. While my issue needs to go to the Dev team for research and resolution, I have no doubt that I'll hear back on Monday with a solution.

I was having a lot of trouble syncing Stripe to Quickbooks and matching our books. Helen from Synder was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure everything synced perfectly so that my accounting was correct. Now everything runs on autopilot and I don't have to worry about reporting my sales to Quickbooks.

Lizzie was a great help. She knew not only the Synder processes, but was able to help find things in my accounting software I was connecting. I greatly appreciated her willingness to stick with me through the process of getting set up.
