Highly recommend. Tony Bondar from Synder spent over an hour with me on zoom resolving the issues that were preventing my Stripe, Squarepace and Paypal Sync correctly. It was a real mess, and he managed to uncover small errors with VAT, and currency etc and when we re-synced it was all fixed. I was super impressed with his knowledge of Synder obviously, but his knowledge of Stripe, Paypal, and Squarespace was impressive too. I've been really impressed by Synder, highly recommended, even for someone like me with a couple of small shops. : )

Lizzie was awesome and helped me get everything setup properly.

Kiryl was great, very helpful trying to tell me how to integrate stripe and QB desktop.

Kudos to Yar and the Synder customer support team. They are responsive and always solve my problems. Highly recommend!

I needed help configuring my organization. Kiryl was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve my issues and answer my questions completely. He was patient and I didn't feel rushed.

Liza (Lizzie) is an amazing help! She was very patient with my questions and was able to easily help with some of the issues I had been encountering, especially when it came to setting up rules. Thank you for your help!

Liza (Lizzie) was phenomenal. She provided excellent information on my account and was very patient to walk me through everything. This is my second encounter with the Synder support staff, and I could not be more pleased. Each agent is so supportive and patient, its amazing. Lizzie is even going to do another call with my account, bookkeeper and myself to ensure everything runs excellent for our business. I am so excited to have found this company!

First thing Synder is really easy to use and understand. I ask for the free 15 minute call with the support to be sure everything was correct in the first place. There was a problem linked with my stripe account configuration. To resolve it Tony from the support spent 2 hours with me, checking everything, all my configurations : synder, Intuit, Stripe, bank account with so much patience and expertise. Synder and Tony really make sense to the word "Support"
