The back pack is the first purchase I've made from Swiss Outpost. Ordering on line was easy and I rec'ed my purchase in a couple of days. I would recommend this site to others.

They charged $10 to ship a bag that ways less than 2lbs. When I received the bag, I found that there is absolutely no bottom support which is no bueno for carrying a laptop in and that was the purpose of buying the bag. Customer service was not helpful when I asked about returning the bag for a refund including the shipping. I understand they compete with undercutting etailors, but when 1/3 of the total bag cost is shipping, I feel cheated. I guess it was my fault for not paying closer attention to how much I was paying for shipping on checkout, but still.

Hi Paddy. This backpack deal was through Living Social. Usually the backpacks would cost about $42.50 including tax. Living Social sells it to you for $20 plus $9.95 shipping, so 30% off. The only way we can do the deal, since we only get part of the $20.00, is to charge $9.95 for the shipping. Sorry you don't like it! We sold 1,500 and most people do. Before, Living Social said returns went to them. But now we are able to accept returns. If it's in new condition, you can return it to us. Thanks!

I bought this watch as a present for a sick relative and emailed the Company stressing that I needed it urgently. They let me down as it took over 3 weeks to arrive. So that I did not upset my Nephew I had to buy another watch locally to meet the deadline of his birthday. To compound matters, when the watch finally arrived in a damaged box, the battery was flat so, the watch did not work. I tried to contact the CEO three times but I did not even receive the courtesy of a reply. ve the courtesy of a reply.

We can understand your disappointment. This went to the U.K. Usually international shipping is fast but there can be delays in customs which is out of our control. We're sorry it didn't work out.
