I purchased a watch previously from Swiss outpost without a problem but this time when I bought a Wenger watch for my son the security clasp was not secured and kept falling off. when I tried to re size the watch strap the entire strap fell apart. due to living in Australia and the time to send the watch back I removed the strap and simply bought a replacement locally.. not that i blame swiss outpost for poor wenger watch bands. just stay away from buying a wenger watch with a metal watch band. leather bands are great

I was trying to get a Wegner back pack for my upcoming trip. I was told standard shipping takes anywhere 4-6 business days. I contacted customer service and Robert Grove helped me. I was surprised how long it took to get the watch. It was a gift for my husband. The only paperwork in the box was the invoice. My husband had no idea what the watch did (it had a flashlight and strobe in it etc) how to operate it. I returned the watch yesterday. You only have 2 weeks to return after you receive it. So if it is a gift you cannot order it to early.

book bag with a 3 year warranty, and that's amazing since it will be used much. Roomy for books & laptop if needed, a binder will fit also.
