Ordering was a breeze, but they need a better delivery option than the USPS. I thought 2 day priority mail would deliver my stuff in two business days...it turned out to be 5 days. Outside of the shipping SNAFU, I'm satisfied with their service.

Quality merchandise, great deals, and fast shipping. Add to that a fantastic selection of products, and what more could you ask for? More and more I shop here for myself and buy gifts for others also. Never a disappointment!!

My order was shipped very promptly and received via USPS within 3-4 days. The response to my questions (unrelated to my order) was sent within an hour of my request and was very courteous and helpful. I will order from Swiss Outpost again and will recommend the company to friends.

Came in a timely manner and was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, it was smaller than I realized it would be, so I couldn't use it for what I needed. But I gave it to my husband and he loves it. If the need arises, I will do business again. :)

Excellent service.

After ordering, I found that I could get the same knife at a lesser price plus no mailing charges. There was an error in the address and it was returned to you. There was a difficult problem in receiving an acknowledgement of the return (e-mails, unanswered phone messages, etc.) Finally communication was established and the problem was taken care of promptly.

Hi Joyce, We're sorry your order did not go well. Thanks for a 3 in the circumstances. Most of our prices are way below everyone else (many are 50% off or more) and we will match any price. We used to ship free but it cost us $160,000 last year, so we switched to a flat fee of $3.95 per order.

I recieved the exact knife about fifteen years ago and then recently lost it. Couldn't stand to be without it. I used it often and felt lost without it. So happy to have it back. Love all the features, especially the scissors and tweezers. And the price was great!
