It was so nice to speak to a customer service representative in a timely manner. I had difficulty with an overnight order. They could not of been more accommodating to refund my shipping fees. This is the only watch that my husband has worn for 40 years. That certainly says it all.

Nice watch but bigger than I thought. Received it punctually and then I returned it. They received it back on 12-23 and as of today, 1-2-14 I have not received my credit probably due to the Holiday rush.

Order shipped with wrong knife. Replacement was sent and took a week to arrive, AFTER Christmas.

The packing slip had the correct item but the watch in the box was not the right one. I called your representative who was very understanding. The watch we ordered is no longer available. He did help to find me a different watch band. But that did not turn out to be correct either. My husband will keep the watch and we will look for the correct band some more. Elizabeth Gorny
