After ordering and paying for a motor for my truck, they said it would take 10-14 days just to ship it. I found a motor that would be installed in that time and cancelled two days after paying. It took almost four weeks to get my refund and they kept 25% ($2150!!!!), saying it was a "restocking" fee. I call bs. If they had to stock it, why was it going to take 10-14 days just to ship it? They would not answer emails, they are not legit, only out to make money from people by pretending to be something they're not. Do not, under any circumstances, use these dishonest people.

I bought the 2004 Toyota Sienna Engine, after the installation, Engine did not start, there was no compression. Called and filed the warranty, the claim was approved, but never get the money back. I have called them 2 times a week for last 8 weeks about refund the money, but they have kept telling me the same thing over and over again and not sending me the refund money. stay away from this place.

Our company purchased an engine that was advertised and guaranteed by the seller to have 50,000 miles. After several delays, what we ultimately received was a beat-up engine with approximately 200,000 miles, broken parts, and it was shipped from a completely different part of the country than originally stated. This matters because engines from different climates experience different types of wear, corrosion, and environmental exposure. When we first contacted customer service, we were placed on hold for over 30 minutes only to be told they were now closed and unable to assist us. The following day, our salesman cut us off mid-sentence and transferred us to customer service. Unfortunately, that experience was even worse. At that point, we were told that the engine originally promised to us never actually existed and that they would not honor either their advertisement or the guarantee that was made. Instead, we were told that the engine we received was the one we would have to accept. Based on our experience, this company’s advertising and guarantees appear to be unreliable. We strongly recommend that others proceed with caution when considering doing business with them.

I bought an engine 6 or 7 months ago, it started to fail and I decided to validate my 5 years warranty and they just don't answer the phone, much less my emails. I tried to contact them for a couple of weeks and they didn't answer

Lord I hate I didn’t read the reviews first, my experience has been nothing short of horrible. If I’m charged 25% tomorrow on a cancellation of a purchase that has not been finalized yet, I’m definitely seeking out a lawyer. It feels like a scam set up.

Engine replacement for a 2018 Toyota Rav4. Removed and replaced pistons, rings and gasket set- engine is still consuming excessive oil. Customer is not happy, we contacted customer service for some assistance in second replacement to cover some of the labor associated with the repair and our service manager was told- "Not our problem"... after purchasing several engines over the past few years. We will not return nor recommend.

Do not buy anything from the place . They made me wait for over a month and then charged me an extra $250 more for shipping this is a 3th party place the is completely unprofessional. I could go on and on how horrible this place is . Please trust me and do not do business with this place

I wish I'd known to read these reviews before I ordered. It took 3 weeks for the engine to arrive. When it did there were several broken off bolts in the exhaust manifold, that I spent an entire day trying to get out (and could not). When I called to complain I was told...."That cannot be because every engine is examined for quality before it's shipped out..." Huh, she is telling me I'm not seeing what I am seeing..... then multiple emails to them have gone unreplied to.
