SWEnginesReviews of swengines.com

SW Engines is a terrible company. Ripped me off out of an entire engine for my Ford box truck. They promised me an engine with no more than 90k miles. What was sent to me was indeed the correct Ford engine with massive chunks of large rust flakes. Literally dug a hole through the block. Called and asked for a replacement and did not sign for the freight at UPS. It was left on the pallet strapped and returned to sender and never received a refund. I hate SW Engines and I think they are as fraudulent as a company could ever get. Rude as hell on the phone, even when being rational, reasonable, and polite. Go to hell SW

I bought an engine for my vehicle with low mileage as they said, but instead of sending a working engine they sent a CORE engine as it did appear broken tips, missing lower intake manifold bolts, water all around the valve on cylinder 4, missing oil cooler screws, missing all 4 knocks sensors, hearing noise at the timing chain area when turning the engine, timing seem to be off engine turn and then stop. I did file the dispute with my credit card company which they refund some and they are keeping almost $2390 for restocking fee. I did send my Credit card company the info I have and there are 3 videos but they dont take videos as they claim.

I am extremely disappointed in this company. They refuse to honor their warranty. They sold me a faulty transmission and lied to keep from honoring the warranty. They have an F rating with BBB and I wish I would've checked with BBB before the purchase. But I would definitely recommend that NO ONE deal with this company for ANY car parts! I'm really thinking about a law suit.

Extremely disappointed. First of all they sent me a wrong engine even though all the specs I gave were correct. They sent me the wrong engine and it was extremely old! They took it back and wouldn't give me any kind of update on the replacement. They wouldn't answer my emails and they wouldn't answer my calls as well. If they answer the call, they would hang up on me. Beware!

Bought an engine from them, had it installed and it was totally defective. I received a full refund but they do not refund the cost on the parts and installation. I will buy from another vendor and will again pay the cost on another install.

So far the engine I got from SW has been fine, the mechanic who put it in says it runs very well!

Worst customer service ever. Don't buy here

They sell Junk engines and don’t honor the waranty as they said
