SW engines were good for me. I've never called them. All ordering done online a picture was available, Shipping a little slow. Pandemic and lockdowns. Motor looks great, same motor in picture. Some of the free parts were broken. But lots of other free parts. Going through list they gave me. Then I'll be putting it in.

I purchased used infiniti transmission, the first was incorrect to which they promptly shipped the correct one. 11 days total. So far so good.

On March 4 I purchased a motor from this company they offer. A 70000 miles motor or 5 0 k miles warranty when I received on March 12 a big different story the motor look that they have it in a corner on a junk yard they send to me look all rustic upside down with all wiring and connection all bad my motor in my car with 222675 miles look in better condition that the one they send it they charge me 1395 plus 75 residential fee for a total of 1470 after 4 months they only refund me 556.25 because they said that I agreed with their terms when in their “terms” said that they can charge a 25% restock fee.. they keep 913.75 from me a good sale for them but look okay you can keep it but the only thing I will told You is that is a GOD upstairs that is looking down when your company do bad just think on all the ripoff that you do to all the people. If you should charge me the 25% okay I will understand but you know that you took more almost 70% you didn’t know all the sacrifice that I has to do to get that money from family friends because when my car broke down I didn’t have the money to purchased that motor I’m disable person I depend from my transportation to go to my doctor appt ,pharmacy but you think with 500.00 that yousend me I can get anywhere but that’s life thank you very much for all that pain that you Cause me and my family now I don’t have motor no car thank you, keep making money like that .. I bought a 1.6L Mazda motor for an '01 Protege. Their customer service was good, the motor got delivered within the timeframe they'd specified, and it runs as expected. The engine was delivered pressure washed, cradled fair enough for a used motor, and the oil pan had been pulled with the bolts thoughtfully placed in a bag clamped inside the pan dsoo they wouldn't get lost in transit. Overall I'm really happy with it. I'm assuming the bad ratings are from folks who have never sourced a used motor from a junkyard? I don't review things but after reading the bad reviews I had to get on here to let people know that I was treated great.

SWengines worked with me on finding a 6.2 ls3 for a 5.3 ltr swap . They worked me a great deal and did everything they promised . The engines is in and running fantastic ! I will refer all my friends a connections their way . Best birthday present in years !

My name is Lyle Bakke, and recently, my engine in my 97 Ford Ranger threw a rod on the way to work and then seized up. In a panic, I searched the Internet for another motor. I came across SWEngines with a five year parts and labor warranty! Great action! So, I ordered the motor and before you know it I was on the road again. Or, so I thought. Well, a few months later, this new motor did the same thing only I was able to limp it to the shop before the motor froze up like the last one. The shop sent in the diagnostic report and we did not here from the warranty department for like a week or more, and I started worrying about whether I had done the warranty activation correctly. I am going to tell you that I was not working and no start date in sight. I could not eat, sleep, or do my homework for my master's degree. I was stuck and scared to death. Well, praise be to God, I looked at my email, and low and behold there was an email saying that my new motor has been shipped and should arrive in 3-5 days! These guys, praise be to God, really came through and saved my behind. I would like to introduce you all to my new home for all my automotive needs! Purchased a car for my daughter approximately one month ago,one week later the motor goes.contacted sw engines and purchased a motor,two weeks later I had my motor delivered and installed. The car runs great and my daughter is ecstatic and I am very pleased. From the customer service to the delivery of my engine I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Just need to contact them about paperwork on engine mileage in case I sell car down the road.. Bill King
