I received my Sweetnight mattress and it expanded quickly. There was no smell like I had heard can happen. It's very comfortable. I did need to contact Customer Service for an issue and they were great. Very responsive and quickly took care of my concern. I'm very happy with my mattress and the service I received.

Given this mattress as a Christmas gift, bed never fully expanded, sent multiple emails as instructed with various requests, also spoke with Sally the manager. I was first offered a 50% refund, then an 80% refund. This goes against their 100-day return policy. There is no one in the US that is able to help with this. Just had another pointless conversation with CS in Texas and they are not able to help either. I will never order from them again nor recommend them just based off of the horrible customer service I have received. I can't give an opinion on the product because I haven't been able to use it!

Made in china. Not high quality. If you sleep in one spot it will have a permanent indentation making it very uncomfortable. I called on the 95th night and they were critical of why I didnt call earlier if I wasnt happy. They count shipping time so the 100 nights isnt accurate.

I bought a pair of Sweetnight pillows and had a small problem with one of them as it needed more of the filling. I contacted Sweetnight and they (Sally) resolved this immediately by sending me a replacement (I didn’t buy direct from Sweetnight). I was pleasantly surprised at the speed which all of this was resolved and would definitely recommend this company, as their Customer Service is excellent. Having slept on the pillows for a few days now I can also recommend them as a lovely, comfy and good night’s sleep.

I ordered the 12" queen size whisper and a mattress topper. The items arrived on 2 different trucks 2 days apart. I was worried at first, but customer support responded quickly via email, and even called me to see if I had any more questions or concerns. The mattress is great quality for the price. Not too soft and not too firm. Thank you sweet night.

I needed to replace my feather pillows...... I don't like fibre pillows but I decided to give these a go. So glad I did, they are terrific, so very very soft and cuddable. I wish I'd bought them sooner! I can thoroughly recommend.

I ordered the queen size Whisper mattress and find it very comfortable so far, not too firm and just soft enough. It arrived quickly via FedEx. The mattress cover it came with had a small hole in it, so I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and were very pleasant to deal with. Customer service offered to send me a waterproof mattress cover as a replacement and I was happy with that. The replacement arrived within 3 or 4 days and I would definitely order from Sweetnight again.
