I have a love-hate relationship with this mattress. On the positive side, it is much more comfortable than my previous mattress, and I have no complaints about the comfort itself. Unfortunately, the edge support is almost nonexistent. I have the full-size mattress, and I find myself constantly slipping toward or off the edge of the bed. It has become frustrating enough that even though I need to purchase a queen-size mattress, I can’t see myself buying another SweetNight unless they improve the edge support. Another improvement would be adding sewn-in handles on the sides. Most mattresses I’ve owned have had them, and they make moving or repositioning the mattress much easier. Overall, it’s a comfortable mattress, but comfort alone isn’t enough. The lack of edge support is a major issue for me, and because of that, I wouldn’t recommend it. Fix the edges and add some handles, and this could be a much better mattress.

The fedex delivery was awful. The driver either threw or dropped the mattress and dented the trim on my new construction home. The package was open. The mattress has a huge stain that smells sour. Can not get anyone in customer service. Worst experience. Looks like a used mattress for $535. Update: Sweetnight customer service did contact me and we have come to a resolution. Not completely satisfied.

Not able to actualize the warranty of my bedframe. Communication has been satisfactory but the warranty situation is not.

Customer service is good and very responsive. The mattress was recommended by an influencer. The mattress will be “okay” for the guest room or maybe young children but I would not order for full time use. It feels “okay”. After 48 hours. It is still not completely inflated to 12 inches and hasn’t moved after the first 24. The sides are soft when you sit down. We opted to purchase box springs separately for support. A platform bed might make a difference. We had the bed and bed frame already. Positioning instructions are nonexistent-just how to unpack. With a king size mattress that is swished flat markings are important since a king is almost square (76x80). Tags like they have on fitted king sheets indicating top/bottom and side would be very helpful.

I ordered the queen Whisper Flippable mattress. I was very pleased that it had no smell to speak of. I was able to set it up alone. Two of the corners took a long time to expand, but finally caught up to the rest. I really wanted to like this, my first foam mattress of any kind, but it wasn't comfortable for me. I felt like I sank into a spot and had to roll uphill to get out, which woke me up. It took some arm twisting to get them to honor the 100-night satisfaction guarantee, but I expect a refund check by the end of the week. I'll update if I don't receive it. I was asked to donate the mattress to a needy person, which I did, but it was a bit of a pain.
