BEWARE: fake return policy. They will abandon you.
Update: Sweetnight has requested that I edit this review because after three weeks of fighting them tooth and nail, they finally did honor their return policy. The mattress was horrifying - hard as a rock. I'm relieved that it's gone. My body aches all over from this experience. Probably the lowest quality mattress I have ever slept on, and without putting up a fight, I never would have gotten a refund. There were so many hoops to jump through. Updating from one star to two because they did eventually issue the refund I worked for weeks to get. Original Review: BEWARE: Sweetnight has a fake return policy. They advertise that you can return a mattress if you're unhappy with it. However, in reality, they make you jump through several hoops before cutting off all contact with you.I was promised a refund on this mattress a week ago. It never arrived, and Sweetnight is no longer responding to my requests for an update. Their refund policy is a lie.
