I said I'd give SweetKing another chance, because I used to order regularly from them and the sweets had gone downhill, very cheap tasting, no variety. Have regretted giving them this last chance as I ordered on the 29/11 and heard nothing back, emailed them on the 04/11 to ask if it has even been dispatched, no response. So, I requested a charge back of money through Revolut, the same day they on th 08/11 they advised me they are investigating the refund and have reached out to SweetKing, I get an email from SweetKing that my order has been dispatched. They only bothered to dispatch it once I tried to get a refund for how long it took to even dispatch, let alone receive! Avoid this company!!!

I'd actually given other zero stars if I could. My wife ordered two bags of sweets off them and only got one. The delivery bag looked like it had been tampered with. She emailed them a couple of times with photos and sent them and Instagram message but got nothing back off them. So we are a present down for someone which we paid for plus out package had been tampered with and Sweet King don't bother to replie to messages or acknowledge it. I'd never use this company again, plenty of other great companies doing the same products.

Worse & worse the quality of sweets has got every time, delivery got longer even tho it claimed to have next day delivery on facebook adds when id order. Now waiting 8 days on a recent order and it hasn't even been dispatched and hopefully I'll get a refund I don't even want the shi11y sweets no more. Will stick to candyland for sweets in future

Ordered a week ago, still haven't recieved an email saying my order was shipped. Fairly poor service given they promote a ''1-3 day delivery''. Maybe a little less time making Insta videos and more time trying to get orders out on time to paying customers.

Do not waste your money! Cheap sweets used even though they advertise different sweets altogether. Horrible smell from the inside of the bag so disappointed will not be ordering again!

Really bad customer service! Sent three emails and no reply and just sent 4th email looking for refund before writing review. Ordered the toy show box on the 17th November, received email to say order was shipped on 19th November. No sign of order on 25th so sent email looking for tracking number. No delivery on 26th so sent another email and also dm Instagram page no reply. Went into order number on website and it was changed to order confirmed instead of order shipped. Two very disappointed kids so will not be reordering again.

Cheap terrible sweet mixes, please save your money. They taste so cheap

used to be great mix of sweets in bag but in recent orders very poor sweets after being a repeat customer I won't order again
