Would give negative review if that was possible. I have been waiting over a month for $800. They have put me through the most absurd verification process you can imagine. They have cancelled it multiple times for no reason. They keep saying they are “expediting” it and of course that means nothing. Would recommend never purchasing a dollar on this site.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand your frustration, dealing with delays is far from the smooth experience we aim to provide. Please note that additional verification checks are never requested without a valid reason, as they are necessary for account security and compliance. Whenever extra documents are required, our team always sends specific instructions outlining exactly what needs to be provided. That being said, we are actively working on improving our internal verification processes to eliminate friction and make these reviews much simpler and faster for our players.💚
