Quality crafted gift
Apart from the engraved name size and pendant size (the second affecting the first one) that I would prefer a bit bigger; everything else was spot on. Very good quality work.

Seemed like a good deal online and from…
Seemed like a good deal online and from look on website, but after ordering a custom necklace a box with the rushed delivery it took a turn. The delivery took almost 4 weeks to arrive not anywhere close to “rushed”. I would hate to see their standard shipping. Once arrived my girlfriend stated the box was cute but there was no necklace inside at all. She was in the middle of moving so wasn’t able to obtain pictures right away after the package was delivered. After reaching out to customer support I was ultimately denied a replacement for the missing product… saying we took too long to inquire about it. How ironic isn’t it. I’d highly recommend taking your money elsewhere as this company doesn’t actually ship from US and or value customer satisfaction for their mistakes. After doing more digging it also seems like their products break quite easily. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Hi Wesley, We’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused, especially since this order was meant to be a meaningful gift. We should have handled the missing necklace situation more clearly, and we regret that this wasn’t resolved properly at the time. If you’re open to it, please reach back out to our support team and let us know exactly which item was missing from the order. We’d like the opportunity to review this again and help make it right. Thank you for sharing your feedback — we appreciate it.

My delivery never arrived
My delivery never arrived. I ordered on 9 December 2025 and was lost in transit for 4 weeks straight . Spoke to Sarah Cooper and little help to rearrange my package was offered. Not great place to buy from !!!!

Mala experiencia

We’re sorry to hear that this was a frustrating experience, and we understand how disappointing it can feel when expectations aren’t met. We regret any confusion caused regarding delivery times and our return policy. To clarify, the 100-day coverage applies to items that arrive damaged during transit. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns, which is outlined in our policy, but we understand how this may not have been clear at the time of purchase. We appreciate you sharing this feedback, as it helps us improve how we communicate this information moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
