Everything was excellent, the one thing I would change on the necklaces the names are pretty small and if they were bigger it would be a five star for sure

Ordered weeks ago for valentine's day, the morning after I ordered I realised I had chosen gold instead of silver, I rang immediately (( less than 24 hours after ordering) to inform them I had made an error & was told due to it been noticed by me so quick it would be ok, it arrived in gold today & you need 101% excellent eyesight to read the names, I thought they had forgotten to engraved at first,

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, especially since this was meant to be a Valentine’s Day gift. We understand how frustrating it must have been to contact us so quickly about the color change and still receive the original option, along with the engraving not being as visible as expected. That’s not the kind of experience we want for our customers, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll be reviewing this internally to make sure situations like this are handled more clearly and accurately in the future. If you’re open to it, we’d like the chance to look into your order personally and see what we can do to help. Please reach out to our support team with your order details so we can assist you further.

The unique style is fantastic. Opening the box and seeing a real rose was magic. With a twist all was revealed and joy on my partners face said it all. She adored the entwined hearts with are names engraved.

First, I like the way it was being package. Secure and well protected from damages. Second, we like the design of the bear and the unique turn knot (heart-shaped) to see the necklace. I bought the 18K premium Rose Gold and it is beautiful. Personally, I like the personalization of the pendant making it more meaningful. Yes, I saw some comment that the engraving is small, but take into consideration the size of the pendant. Also, in my opinion, if the engraving is too big, it may overwhelm the design. Simplicity is beauty. Lastly, we like the feel of the rose - it is soft and tender. Well done, Swaveo Jewelry. Do more creative design to touch hearts and connect people closer.
