We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, especially since this was meant to be a Valentine’s Day gift. Receiving a damaged item is incredibly frustrating, and we completely understand how disappointing that must have felt. When items are damaged in transit, our policy is to send a replacement as quickly as possible so the customer still receives a complete gift. That said, we’re sorry if this wasn’t the resolution you were hoping for or if our communication left you feeling unheard. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have with our brand. Your feedback about packaging and communication is important, and we’ll be reviewing this internally to make sure we improve where needed. If you’re open to it, we’d still like the chance to look into your order again and see what we can do to make this right. Please reach out to our support team so we can assist you further.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. This is not the kind of impression we want any customer to have, and we understand how frustrating it must feel if the product didn’t meet your expectations. We never want anyone to feel ignored, and we’re sorry if our responses left you feeling that way. Your concerns about the material and durability are important, and we take that feedback seriously. We’ll be reviewing this internally to make sure our product descriptions and support processes are as clear and fair as possible. If you’re open to it, we’d like another opportunity to look into your order and see what we can do to help. Please reach out to our support team again with your order details, and we’ll make sure your case is personally reviewed.
