Eternal Rose Box with Engraved Necklace
I got my girlfriend the Eternal Rose Box with Engraved Necklace for Valentine’s Day. She loved it. This makes a great gift for someone you special to you. Swaveo was excellent with updates on shipping and confirmation of shipping. Product exactly as described.

Horrible Quality – Do Not Buy
I bought a ring from Swaveo for my girlfriend, the main gem came loose and in just two days, another two had fallen out . This is absolutely disgusting quality. I can’t believe they sell such garbage and charge people for it. It broke almost immediately, completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, we reached out and they refused to give a refund or replacement. Save yourself the headache and do not buy from this company.
Response from Swaveo JewelryMar 2, 2026
We’re truly sorry to read this. That’s absolutely not the experience we want anyone to have, especially with something meant to be such a meaningful gift. A stone coming loose so quickly is not the standard we aim for, and we understand how frustrating and disappointing that must have been. We also never want anyone to feel dismissed when they reach out for support. Your feedback about both the product and the resolution process is being taken seriously. We would genuinely like the opportunity to review this case again. Please reach out to our support team with your order details so we can personally look into what happened and see how we can properly resolve this for you.

It looks good and the shipping took a couple of weeks but the price was really good only thing i would say is they should do a yellow rose as my partner like yellow ones instead had to get her a white one
Response from Swaveo JewelryMar 2, 2026
Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear you liked how it looks and felt the price was great value. We also appreciate your patience with the shipping time. And that’s a great suggestion about a yellow rose. We’re always looking at new color options, so feedback like this genuinely helps us improve. Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re really glad to hear the gift was meaningful and that you loved the personalization, especially including your granddaughter’s name. That makes it incredibly special. We’re very sorry about the clasp issue, as that’s certainly not the standard we aim for. We’re happy we were able to sort it quickly and send a replacement for you. We truly appreciate your patience with the delivery to the UK and your understanding throughout the process. Thank you again for your support.

Great Valentine Gift
The gift was so amazing. My wife loved it so much. Though I wished the names were actually engraved so they are more legible. Overall, it was a good gift to be given as a Valentine gift
