Top 3 Reasons Why I Shop at Swap.....and its not because of their Awesome Android App!
Buying from Swap? YES! Selling with Swap? NO! As far as selling with Swap, I can make better money selling my clothes on my own. Plus, it"s too confusing and their commission is too high. That's okay though, I didn't go to Swap to sell my clothes in the first place. It was an available service that i tried once and didn't like. No big deal. That didn't change my opinion or change my buying habits with Swap in the least. As far as buying from Swap goes... I've ordered from them numerous times now since 2016. The ease of shopping on their site and finding my kind of clothes at incredibly low prices, prompted my initial purchase. Their communication, service and consistency is what keeps me coming back and not venturing over to Trend Up. My clothes shopping went from 2% online to 75% online since Swap came along. I would definitely be upset if they changed in any way (sort of) or disappeared! The Top 3 Reasons Why I Shop at Swap: #1 My Favorite Brands #2 Best Prices on My Brands #3 Attractive, User Friendly Web Site The Reasons Explained and "Construct. Critic" Section. 1.) Many choices from the brands I like: J Crew, Ann Taylor, Free People, Gap, Victoria's Secret, etc.; 2.) Prices lower than anywhere else... eBay occasionally, but not if Swap has free shipping going on; 3.) Clean, user friendly site - Makes shopping more efficient and fun; company uses good photos and details of the clothes available, pull-down filters for narrowing down selection and "similar item" section - all helpful! 4.) Reliable. So far, they have been consistent...in their quality, clothes as advertised, shipping, pricing, service, keeping their word, positive team of employees (from the emails and responses I've gotten - seems so). And bottom line is... When i go to Swap, com, they're there still! 5.) Effective use of email - well written, sometimes personalized, and they send an appropriate amount. Whomever, writes their emails should be commended because out of the 99+ emails I get per day, I'll usually open one from Swap because something in the title line caught my attention....its cool that they can write with wit and use more than "Free Shipping" to get my attention. 6.) Friendly, solution oriented customer service. They've always been quick to respond with a kind word and/or fair resolution in a timely manner. The company presents itself in a down to earth, approachable manner. They make you seem more like a friend rather than just a customer that they have to help. Constructive Critiscism: 1.) For the love of Pete, why won't you make an Android App.??. I've been waiting so long and I don't want to switch back to an iPhone just to use the Swap App. 2.) Offer PayPal for checkout instead of Amazon Pay. 3.) More description in your listings (like Amazon or eBay) so that one can more specifically find something. 4.) Faster shipping and handling or at least offer expedited shipping for a small fee, if need be. - my only true issue with Swap was the long wait once order has been placed. Too long except for this last order. Hopefully, that's a sign! 5.) It would be nice if you had a frequent shopper or point accumulation incentive. 6.) Swap could stand to be more active and have a better known presence on FB and instagram. But, those are minor points of contention compared to the positive aspects of the Swap.com company. I hope Swap keeps doing what their doing with the same momentum and positive energy that I've felt from them since they first started. P.s. SWAP, I WANT AN APP!
