Swap.com - Online Thrift & ConsignmentReviews of swap.com

This is the worst online selling venue ever created. I sell online and the items that don't sell or go out of season I would send to them. All brand new items. They charge $18 to ship to them. Then take months to take pics and post your items after that they tell you some items have been rejected because of stains. Again brand new items that I was selling. No Stains. One pic they took with the supposed stain was bunched up in a ball with another shirt with a red tag attached. I don't have red tags attached to my items. As I read the email it says as of August they SET THEIR OWN PRICES. I am no longer allowed to price my own items!! And they still get their 30% commission! Support never answers emails. Never again!!

I purchased pajamas as Christmas presents for my nieces at a great price! They were brand names that looked brand new at less than half the original cost!

I was very pleased with the e pieces of clothing I received from Swap.com. The condition of the articles of clothing were almost new for a fantastic price.

The clothing I received was gently used and in great condition...my new go to for consignment bargains

Excellent everything. Couldn't give 6 stars, so I gave 5!!

I LOVE THIS SWAP,com!! I’ve never been tempted to order clothes online until now... Swap is my kind of place... SHBach

Very happy with my purchase everything came individually wrapped and looked brand new. I still can't believe what I got for the price paid. Very satisfied and will be a returning customer.

I've never done online consignment before but I'm hooked now! Well portrayed items, easy payment, quick shipment... and my items were exactly what I expected from the descriptions and photos.
